Embarked on a plant-based journey from January 1, 2020. If you’re curious about my steakhouse explorations, check out my earlier posts 😇. Recently revisited Witches Brew for the second time, and it won’t be the last. Both occasions resulted in me indulging a bit too much. Commenced with sharing the Mediterranean Vegan sampler, followed by a vegan gyro sandwich (maintaining my Greek roots). Meanwhile, my wife opted for the fried “chicken” vegan sandwich. Despite being full, we couldn’t resist taking dessert to go – vegan cheesecake and coconut cake. The ambiance of the place is fantastic – a clean, eclectic, and comfortable vibe. Although there was a wait, it was undoubtedly worth it.

On my birthday, my daughter treated me to a unique dining experience. The place exudes an eclectic and bohemian style, featuring a diverse mix of tables, chairs, and couches for seating. The ambient lighting is low, creating a perfect atmosphere for engaging conversations. The service was top-notch, with exceptionally friendly servers. Their extensive menu boasts a vast selection of teas and coffees, catering to both vegetarians and vegans with a variety of entree options.

On a Friday evening around 6:30, we arrived and smoothly added our names to the waitlist. Our snug corner was delightful. Opting for the pretzel appetizer with honey mustard, a fried chicken sandwich, gnocchi, and mac ‘n’ cheese, we explored a variety of flavors. Trying mock chicken for the first time, I found it to be delicious, and the pretzel bun was wonderfully soft. While the gnocchi and mac ‘n’ cheese were tasty, the former leaned a bit too sweet for my fiancé’s liking. For dessert, I chose the Sleepy Hollow tea, accompanied by a vegan chocolate cupcake and Devil’s Good Cake – all delightful. Seated on a couch with a low table, it wasn’t the most comfortable setup for dinner, as expected in a coffee house. Nevertheless, the cozy vibes, perfect for Halloween, and the excellent food made the experience enjoyable.

The exterior is beautifully illuminated at night, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Stepping inside is like entering a realm of Halloween wonders. You could easily spend 15 minutes marveling at all the eerie decorations!
Their display boasts an extensive array of delectable vegan baked goods. The beverage selection is both exciting and fun. Additionally, you can leisurely sit down for a delightful dining experience.
